Newsletter 9/23/14 – WATER, Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken, Healthy Baby #3

Helpful Water Tips

How Much is Enough?

The adage about drinking eight glasses per day is not entirely accurate. Dr. A recommends drinking a minimum of 80oz. of water a day or 1/2 your body weight in ounces, whichever is greater. Generally, if you drink enough that you rarely feel thirsty and your urine is colorless or pale yellow, you are adequately hydrated.

Water as an appetite suppressant –

Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up, before every meal, and anytime you feel the urge to put something in your mouth!

(In addition to water’s other wonderful benefits, it helps suppress appetite).

Pregnancy #3 and Healthier Than Ever!!!

I want to introduce you to one of my fellow Health Coach friends, Jessica –

Oh My Goodness… There are so many reasons why I love being a Health Coach, but to be a part of assisting mommies like Jessica to health is one of the most amazing things. The first picture is her 2nd pregnancy. Then she lost 120 lbs. And now she is pregnant again, seven months and has only gained 27 lbs. She had always been overweight. She lost her 120 lbs, learned the Habits of Health, and now look at this! Jessica has learned what Optimal Health looks like and I am pretty sure she will join our Nursing Mom’s program 6 weeks after her new little one is born. Health is never a destination and Jessica’s story shows that.

*Results Vary. Typical results, 2-5lbs. your first two weeks. 1-2lbs. per week thereafter.

It is not too late to join our Six Week Health Challenge. For only $22.49 you will be on my team and we will learn more about health together. You do not have to be a current client, maybe you are doing your own plan, whatever the case, I just want you on my team. Please Join Here!

In case I don’t see you on my team in the challenge, I wanted to say, “Have a Fantastic Week!”
